Click and Collect
This service enables you to pay online and collect from the shop. If the item is in stock, it will be ready within an hour from receiving the order. If the item isn’t in stock we will notify you by email once it has arrived.
Standard and Express Delivery
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail and on occasion require a signature on delivery. Whilst we endeavour to ship your parcel fast we cannot guarantee next day delivery once Royal Mail has the parcel.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not, for whatever reason, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in it’s original packaging.
We will refund onto the card or the PayPal account that was used to make your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage charges.
Please note items specially cut to order are not returnable.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you send via a tracked service or obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Exchanging an Item
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return your goods as above for a refund and make a separate order from our website.
In the unfortunate event of an item being faulty, we will offer a full refund. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, you can return the item under our normal returns procedure for a refund.
We will refund any original postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us 01604 432119 or email@example.com and we will be happy to correct the item and post out to you. Please return the incorrect item to above address.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on the workshops. If you find you can’t make it and inform us within 24 hours of the start date we will happily transfer you to another workshop of your choice.
Your contact details will not be passed on to any other companies for any other reasons and you will not receive marketing emails from us unless you sign up to our newsletter.
