Welcome to The Enchanted Atelier

Our Boutique is situated in Far Cotton, Just a short walk from the Stunning Delapre Abbey and Just 15 minutes walk from Northampton Town Centre. We are also a just a short drive from Wellingborough, Coventry, Daventry, Warwickshire and Milton Keynes, a perfect location for all Midlands brides to be.

At The Enchanted Atelier we stock Envy by Phoenix, Island Bridal, Amy Rose Bridal along side our ready to wear gowns. Our sizes range from 14-34 and are prices range from £300 – £1800

Here at the boutique we understand the importance of finding the perfect wedding dress, aiming to make every appointment a memorable, personal and special experience for each individual bride. Our love for all things bridal is reflected in the beautiful collection of dresses and our bespoke dress making service.

We also offer a in-house alterations service for brides wanting to make changes to style or fit. This is along side out Bespoke wedding gown and accessory making service. This service is not only for our dresses but for dresses purchased else wear too.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Enchanted Atelier

These Terms and Conditions are the basis upon which we agree to supply our goods to you, from here on the ‘Agreement’. 

By entering into this Agreement with The Enchanted Atelier you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of sale.

From here on ‘you/your’ refers to the customer and ‘us/we/our’ refers to The Bridal Attic

We require 4 days notice to rearrange or cancel a weekend appointment and 24 hours notice for a weekday appointment. This is to ensure we have enough time to fill the opening.

All goods ordered for purchase remain our property until paid for in full.

On placing an order, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total value of the goods (inclusive of VAT) is required.  The final 50% is due within a week of the goods arriving in our store, usually within 20 weeks of the order being placed.

On termination of this Agreement for any reason you shall immediately pay us the balance within 7 days.

If we are unable to process your order for any reason, the deposit will be refunded.

Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and the time of delivery is not of the essence.  We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused by an event beyond our control.

The costs of any alterations are not included in the price of the dress unless stated.  Alterations are in house and charged separately and are payable on final fitting. You may carry out your own alterations, however, we cannot be held responsible for any alteration work carried out by a third party.

Goods purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Dresses ordered in are not made to measure unless otherwise stated.  All dresses are ordered to the nearest size, based on the measurements taken (and signed for by you) when the order is placed.  We cannot be held responsible for any change in your measurements or sizing.

Orders for dresses which are not a standard length or measurement may be subject to a surcharge, the amount of which may not be known at the point of order. Dresses required at short notice may be subject to a rush order fee.

All samples, ex sample and preloved dresses are sold as seen and must be paid for in full. Samples cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

All accessories must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.  Accessories are non-refundable.

Fabric/colour shades/trims/beading/embroidery may differ slightly from samples on display in store.

Where we provide guidance in the choice of design, size, colour and measurements we do so without any liability.

We will aim to provide the highest quality goods possible.  You must try on and inspect all goods before leaving the store.  We will not be held responsible for any defects or damage to goods once the dress has left the store.  Any wear and tear or depletion of goods due to use and wear are not our responsibility.

We will store your dress until 24 hours before the date of your wedding, after which time a storage charge of £25 per calendar month is payable.

No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

If any provision or part-provision of the Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable.  If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted.  Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement.

No one other than a party to this Agreement shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.The Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation
